• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. Payment Terms

All payments are one-time purchases with no recurring charges. By purchasing access passes, you agree that:

• All sales are final - NO REFUNDS will be provided under any circumstances
• Passes are valid for the specified duration from purchase date
• Unused passes cannot be transferred or refunded
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate cover letters. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All generated content is created by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before use
• We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated content
• Generated content may not be appropriate for your specific situation or industry
• You assume all risks associated with using AI-generated content
• We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of generated content
• No guarantee is made that generated content will lead to employment opportunities

7. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and store the following information:

• Profile information (name, email, phone number) for account management
• Usage data for service improvement and analytics
• Payment information (processed securely by third-party providers)

We do NOT store:

• Resume content or job descriptions you upload
• Generated cover letter content (unless you explicitly save it)
• Any personal documents or files

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ezcoverletter and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding employment outcomes or job placement

IN NO EVENT SHALL EZCOVERLETTER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE, IF ANY.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ezcoverletter and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms

• Any content you submit or generate using the Service

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
